3 pimples is nothing, i have around 20 :(.. you are not ugly because of it!! If hes calling you ugly because of your pimples hes not the person for you. You deserve better!

Having acne is very common and does not make you ugly. If your crush keeps saying this to you, then they are really not worth crushing on. Find someone who puts value on your personality, skills and thoughts. You deserve better 😘

No, there are friends and family members of mine who used to have a lot of pimples on their face. I never even thought of the pimples.
