Why is it so easy for me to create English sentences in my head and not other languages?

Update:

Even I'm hearing an English word for the first time and don't know the meaning, I can easily hear the word in my head. but when I hear Chinese words for the first time, I can't do the same. why?

Update 2:

And I don't think it has to do with fluency, there has to be another explanation

Because you've been actively using English all your life, and probably haven't even heard any type of Chinese in your first few years.

If you don't hear foreign languages as an infant, you can lose the ability to hear speechsound-distinctions that don't matter in the languages that you do hear. That's why some asians have problems with R/L, M/N, P/B, T/D, K/G, and many anglos struggle with vous/vue and H/CH (spanish J)
