why is my college charging me twice for in state tuition fees?

I recently signed up for online classes at my college and I have to pay for my school tuition and fees. I signed up for a payment plan online and it came up to around 2,000+  but as im scrolling down reading each charge for each fee I come across two charges that say in state tuition and its two separate prices for each one. I would like to know if this is normal or is it an error on my school end?

No one here would have any idea.  It certainly doesn't sound right.  Why don't you look up the cost of tuition and then see if those two numbers together add up to that - if so, then they've just itemized it differently for some.  But you should ask your school's bursar office about this - they are the ones that create and collect these types of bills.
