Why is there such a huge difference between a loser living in a trailer park addicted to meth and a multi-billionaire dollar CEO?

Its like comparing 2 different species with how different these 2 humans are

Update:

They experience vastly different realities on Earth despite both being born a blank slate essentially at birth

Not as much a difference as there is between a queen bee or drone bee  and a worker bee or the difference between a dominant female meerkat and a subordinate.  The queen bee and dominant meerkat are the only ones allowed to breed. The CEO may not have any children, and he/she is just as likely to be addicted to drugs as any other person. Some CEOs are thieves who set up charitable organizations and then steal money from their organizations to get rich. For example, the CEO of the NRA (supposedly a charitable organization) and the CEO of many private equity firms steal money from the companies they run and then run them into the ground.

    Capitalism

In actual socialism or communism there would not be any billionnaires.

In fullblown communism, money and barter can be abolished

What about when the CEO is the drug addict and you just can't tell because they can afford to maintain themselves while someone in a trailer park has a menial job but does no harm and pays their bills? Who is best then? Or then you get a rich person who used to be dirt poor. They aren't handed a blank slate it's rather that random chaos happens to them.

Is there really that much of a difference though?
