    The best for you:

Go to a library and take a Vocational Aptitude Test. It will tell you your best field, the one you are best suited for, The one you will be happiest working in for your life and make the most contribution.

That is where you should get your first degree. It will be the easiest field for you to get one. After that you can get more in any field you wish and you can always fall back on your first field.

The test is free at the Library. Ask the reference librarian for it.

There's really not an objective way to judge best or worst engineering disciplines, it all depends on your skill set and your values.

People will try to tell you one discipline is better than another, or that it pays better or has better job security or any of that, but in the end it all comes down to you.
