    Start with a realistic budget.

    Be sure you understand how loud it needs to be.

    Figure out how many audio sources will be plugged into it and if XLR, 1/4 inch or 3.5mm plugs or adapters will be needed.

    Here is a decent kit that is affordable, can get fairly loud in a small space and can support XLR and 1/4 inch plugs audio sources - even RCA plugs. You'll need an adapter for 3.5mm plugs.

    You can easily spend LOTS more or way less depending on your requirements.

    You did not tell us how many channels are needed or whether you need any mics or other audio inputs... Don't forget cases for the mic stands, speaker stands and cables... and a hard cases for the mics and mixer if this all needs to be portable. Protect your investment with good cases.
