Why is it I hear men on my cb radio doing. thify.language and rudeness?

Ever since there has been license needed to the cb radio  there has been some  rudeness and  dirty  language  on the  air. Men acting indecent  on the radio

I'm CB old school,  buy I miss the good ol days of cb radio 

There family cb night each month , I think the fcc should  go back issuing licenses to talk on the cb.
