    Yes, you can use it in the winter.. Yes..   But, i would not.. NOT... You could use a bicycle tire in the winter...  NOT

    Well, Franky, 225/45R18 is indeed the OEM tire size for your 2011 tc.

    But you seem to be asking something different?  What is it, it's not clear.

    Yes, those look like Scion TC wheels, but are you putting them on a Scion TC or something else? You haven't made that clear, dumbass. If you are putting them on something else we can't tell you if they will fit without knowing the bolt pattern dimensions and wheel offset that is required.

    Either way, if you're going to be driving on salted roads then aluminum alloy wheels are  not recommended because they corrode faster than steel wheels and they will soon look like crap unless you expend a lot of effort keeping them clean.
