A goiter is caused by a lack of iodine in a person's diet. Salt that has iodine in it should be sufficient to prevent that.

No it doesn't. Goiter is caused by a lack of iodine in the diet. Soy milk has nothing to do with that. People got goiter WAY before soy milk was even available. The number of people who got goiter dropped significantly as soon as they began adding iodine to salt.

Drinking soymilk in limited qty should not be a problem to a Non-Diabetics , ... but better consult a Doctor !

It's crappy "milk".... soy isn't that great for us; however a lot of people are under the impression it is. Almond milk is a better choice. Oat milk is ok but it's higher in carbs.

A quick internet search could've answered your question, had you looked up the causes of goiter. There are several possible causes, which you can read about at the source link. Soy products don't appear to be mentioned.

No it doesn't. A goitre is associated with a thyroid that is not functioning properly.
