Why dont The Rock join the XFL to the NFL and rename it the X-NFL?

Because the XFL isn't the same quality of players and plays by different rules.

Who says The 32 NFL Owners are interested in adding more teams? Are any Sport Leagues anywhere in the World trying to expand during a Global Pandemic? Clearly you don't follow The Business Side of Sports or Business in General. What makes you think a Millionaire can impose anything on 32 Billionaires? Those Billionaires are not used to having to list to too many people. That's just the way it is.
