Do you know if a company would block applications from an interviewer who got declined the first time?

There's a few companies I applied to right after college. I had bad interview skills and pretty much no work experience. They always decline me right away. It seems like ever y time I apply to new companies I get interviews. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

I doubt they would be doing this.  Most usually encourage you to apply for other jobs.  The easy way to check is to use a different email address.  They wouldn't match on anything but that.
