Can I open four different ISA in the UK (Within the same financial year)?

I'm aware the UK offers 4 different ISA types.

Cash ISAs

Stocks and shares ISAs

Innovative finance ISAs

Lifetime ISAsI already have a Cash ISA with Vanguard.Would I be in breach of any tax law if I opened a Stocks and Shares ISA with a different trading Platform?
