If people naturally fall in and out of love all the time, then how suitable is the institution of marriage?

Marriage isn't very suitable unless you have dated for years and know for sure that you have found the one. I feel most people should choose one partner to have children with and live with but have open relationships on the side. Monogamous isn't natural. Cheating would be a thing of the past.
