Will the US have its first black woman VP this year?

    Looks that way. Let's just hope the DNC at least pretends to tap someone marginally reasonable.

    No. Even if Biden picks a black woman as his running mate, and they win, they won't take office until next year.

    If absentee voter fraud does permit Biden to win, yes breifly.

    Should Biden "win" he will be deposed in 30 days,

    The VP turned President will appoint Clinton as her VP.

    Then the new president will resign to allow Clinton to be the second President Not Elected by the people.

    Unless Pence resigns and Trump appoints a black woman, no.  However, there's a pretty good chance we will have a black woman VP in January 2021.
