Feel flat or feels flat, which one is correct?
1. I have been without music for a few weeks, and i feel something boring and life feel flat. I can live without it but as i said before.

In the context you provide, "feels flat" is the correct usage.
If you flip it around a little then you can use "feel flat."
Man I feel flat. Life sure has been boring without music these past few weeks.
That said and tho you did not ask: you do realize the last sentence in both your #1 & #2 is incomplete right? "I can live without it, but as I said before....." is incomplete. You need to finish off to make it grammatically correct.

Life feels flat is correct. The second sentence in 1 and 2 is incomplete, making it incorrect.
