My bathroom scale says I'm 19 percent body fat. ?

Is that good for someone who's non athletic? I am older. Age 36 and too old to participate in sports activities.

Per the source link, for men the body fat % should be 18-24% if you aren't active (for your age group 11-21% is recommended. No, at 36 you aren't "too old" to participate in sports or fitness activities (many men and women do so into their 60s and 70s). Over 25% body fat is considered obese.
