Why are Trump's doctors ordering dementia tests and prescribing 40 mg of rosuvastatin per day?

The usual dose of rosuvastatin given a person who has high cholesterol is 5 mg per day.  Why have Trump's doctors repeatedly given him dementia tests and placed him on a dosage of a statin drug that is 8 times the usual dosage?  HINT for Trump toadies:  Google is your friend.  Try "off-label uses rosuvastatin" for a clue.

Update:

@?--Please learn to use google. Sorry to read it's blocked there at GRU headquarters.

Rosuvastatin is used to treat cholesterol, not unusual for a man of trumps age and weight
