Is working out 5 times a week too much?
I’m a 16yo male and I workout two days in a row and then I have a rest day. I first do my arms, chest, biceps etc then my legs. I always do my abs when I’m at the gym.
I’m 175cm tall and weigh 68kg.

Not at all. It's fine. Having 2 rest days is great. Some people find that once they get their fitness to where they want it, they can maintain it by working out 3 - 4x a week. Others just prefer to workout 5, 6 or 7 days a week. The body REALLY does need at least 1 rest day, where you do no structured exercise. Overdoing it is a recipe for injury and mental burnout.

This sounds like a pretty good schedule. Just be sure to recover, don't get too sore, and take an extra day off if you feel like you need it. And get a physical!
