What Country did Haplogroup E-M4451 come from?

    Haplogroups don't come from countries, they come from regions.

    And while I don't find that particular group on any list, the nomenclature would make it a subclade of the larger Haplogroup E.   Either the paternal ("Y-chromosome") or maternal ("mitochondrial").

    Y-Chromosome Haplogroup E comes from sub-Saharan Africa.

    mtDNA Haplogroup E comes from the Malay archipelago.

    Best guess "East Africa". This group had its own name for the region and it has been lost to antiquity.
