Licensure and training in a field that by law allows prescriptive privileges and A DEA License (while technically not needed a pharmacy wont fill any Rx without one) .  (Includes vets, PAs, MDs, DOs, dentists, NPs, some pharmacistsm some psychologists etc) Site specific can place limits on these privileges however as can formulary, restraints.
