Yes. I have seen it before. Yes.

Of course, but our American law has a code that "It is best to let the guilty go free, than incarcerate the innocent."  These programs provide mostly for children that need food and mothers that need to stay home with these children.

People who really do deserve some form of help and are conservative deserve respect.
