The first outbreak of ebola was in 1976. When signs of an outbreak reappear African nations immediately alert the world and seek assistance. Then we take meaures to address the problem for the African nation.

That is significantly different than dealing with a paranoid, hostile, and secretive superpower that hid the outbreak of a novel airborn virus until it had spread substantially in a population vital to world trade.

Hm, I don't recall any shutdowns, masks, school closings.  You sound desperate to make the incompetent community organizer clown look like he had a clue.

Well there were only 2 US deaths during the Ebola crisis so a comparison between the two is hard.  Even the star of many meme's, the H1N1 where they try to run down Obama generally fails to mention that the total deaths were around 1 tenth of those from the Covid-19 virus.  Any comparison is interesting since Obama inherited unemployment rates twice of those Trump inherited so you would have to look at Obama's starting point then project what it would have been under Trump using his job gains which were, prior to Covid-19, roughly 19% less than under Obama.

It wasn't a pandemic so it doesn't compare at all to COVID.
