Which is a better car?
Im in the market for a new family car
Newly married, no kids yet i want something that doesnt need tons of repairs and isnt so bad to ride in.
My autotrader shows a lot of the following, but im open to other suggestions
2018 toyota prius hybrid
2018 hyundai Ionic hybrid
2017 hyundai ionic EV
2019 kona
My current car is 2003 altima, although it didnt break down much, when it did, it was expensive...
So i want to not meet the mechanic as much as possible
Dont be as stupid as the guys below

I think that choosing the 2018 hyundai Ioniq hybrid will lead a comfortable life.
Hyundai is the only reliable car maker in the world.

Out of your selection I’d go for the 2018 hyundai Ionic hybrid.

I am not a fan of hybrids. Its hard to beat Honda & Toyota for reliability. And Mazda is almost as good.
But, a case can be made for keeping an old car even if it needs a repair every so often.
Not always a great idea to spend $15,000+ so you can avoid a $200-500 repair.
Id say keep the Altima for at least another few years if you can.
