separate audio channels?

I have an .avi video with 2 languages playing at the same time.

is it possible to only have 1 of the languages be played?

Update:

the audio track has only one option in this particular video on VLC media player,

I'm not to sure what else to do?

sure. you just need a video player that was designed to handle multiple channels, like VLC player, which is free.

Windows Media Player doesn't handle things like multiple audio/subtitles natively.
