Has there ever been a day anywhere where the high temperature was the same as the low temperature?

Yes, deep inside a cave. As a matter of fact, the temperature varies only a few degrees over the year.

yes, I'm sure there has been. cold spells could come in in the morning so that the high temp equals the previous low. (within 1ºF)

more likely in Europe or Asia where temps are in ºC

But exactly the same? no, no two temperatures are ever exactly the same, although they may be the same to the limits of accuracy of the measurements.
