Can anyone identify the name/artist of this picture?

It's actually a painting, never mind my hurried text referring to it as a picture.

No, definitely not. This is a very old painting, and I found on google similar ones from the 1800s through the 1900s of women with flowers. I just cannot find this exact one. The frame I have it in is so frail that if I move the painting to look for a signature or check the back, it might break.

Looks French. Isn't QUITE Renoir but enough so that I searched for "Renoir woman" for a minute. That's all. It's nicely done for painting but still rather generic otherwise.
