I am a Newbie Beginner to Sports Bets, How do I bet this recommended Bet ?

I have no clue if the bets are over, under or anything. I do understand the person suggested I bet the money line once at least. Much help would be much needed before the games start thank you! 😃

I meant twice not once *

The "over" or "under" is the number of points that will be scored for the entire game (by both teams).  You can also have the same thing, but for the just the first half, first quarter, etc.  Or just how many points will be scored by one team (known as a "team total").  The money line is when you are betting on a team to win.  If one team is considered "better" (the favorite), you will have to risk more than you are trying to win.  If you bet on the other team (the underdog, or just dog), you will be risking less than the payout.

Bet when you know you will win.
