What is an 'almost Friday'? The last few hours of a Thursday?

Wow. I didn't know Pennsylvania ever had any almost Friday any year. Stupid me. Is it maybe the almost Fridays almost always follow absolutely Thursdays? I dunno. Color me scared.

I'm not sure i think it could just be coincidence. I'm in Pittsburgh and we're supposed to get rain later possibly and i don't remember if it rained last Friday

Bad luck.  well, luck.  If rain on Friday is seen as a bad thing, then the luck is bad.

Because it couldn't move up into NY due to quarantine requirements.
