Greatest Opera songs?
I'v recently got into listening to Opera music! I'm 27 so its a bit odd for my age but i find it so beautiful! I'v been listening to Pavarotti Nessun Dorma and Maria Callas Casta Diva
Are there any Opera songs and artists that you can suggest ?

All of the songs that turn up in albums of excerpts and on Youtube are famous for a reason - they are really good and people like them. If you can get internet video, definitely get the Metropolitan Opera channel. Go to the "previews" button and you will find a featured opera every day that is streamed for free. Go to Youtube and pick one of your current favorites and it will very quickly steer you to different songs that you will also like. Welcome to the club!

Based on what you already like, I'd recommend E Lucevan le Stelle and Vissi d'Arte and Un Bel Di Vedremo.

Your age has nothing to do with appreciating music. Go to youtube an type in opera or the Music Choice Channel and search the menu.

Have a listen to Kirsten Flagstad's "When I am laid in Earth" from Dido and Aeneas.

Can I interest you in Baroque?
"Come all ye songsters of the sky" from Purcell's The Fairy Queen
"Where'er you walk" from Handel's Semele
" Bei Männern welche Liebe fühlen" from Mozart's The Magic Flute

You can go to metopera.org and watch many operas for free! You can also pay $5 an Opera for the current broadcast ones, like the ones that are shown in theaters. You can even subscribe for a year. There are also zillions on You Tube. You can find operas with the artists you like - and then track down others by composers you like. Operas after like movies - some that win awards, you might not like, and others that other people scorn, might be a favorite of yours. You can also go to radio streaming apps and listen - but they are notorious for not completing anything! I hate that! Your local NPR stain also has operas every weekend. You will never run out of great things - and yes, you will not like some - that is fine. Enjoy -laugh - cry.

One of my favorites is Jonas Kaufmann singing "La donna e mobile" from Verdi's "Rigoletto."
