Is it possible-legally-to travel to Pelee Island, Canada from American waters, simply by hiring a boat?

Update:

Pelee Island is On the Canadian side of Lake Erie.

    Yes.  Scudder Marina can accommodate up to 65 ft. vessels.  Reservations are recommended.
