    Just figure on a pandemic every 5 years from now on...

    Weather is NOT predictable. If it were...then we would be able to know what the weather is going to be for MORE than three days...and even that is usually WAY OFF.

    To some extent, yes. And weather plays a significant role. It would be on the periphery of my expertise so I won't do more than offer a rule of thumb. If Trump makes a prediction, believe the exact opposite.
