how to copy data from a formula on excel file?

Copy as normal, but when you paste use Paste Special and select 'Values'. You can right click on the cell you're pasting in and select Paste Special from that menu. (There are other ways as well, but that is the quickest to explain.)

oh, you meant how to PASTE that data...
well, just right click where you want it, and click Paste Values.

copy the data like normal
i like to right click where i want to paste and click "Paste Special"
then check the Values box.
when you hit enter, only the values will paste and you are done.
if you have Windows or a Mac, then there should be a down arrow under the Paste icon and you might have a Paste Values option...but you will definitely see the Paste Special option.
