    Sodium phosphate is an all embracing term for a wide variety of compounds . But I assume that this question refers to sodium tri-phosphate , Na3PO4

    The reaction with HCl occurs in 3 steps:

     1) Na3PO4 + HCl → Na2HPO4 + NaCl

    2) Na2HPO4 + HCl → NaH2PO4 + NaCl

    3) NaH2PO4 + HCl → H3PO4 + NaCl

     The overall reaction is

     Na3PO4 + 3HCl → H3PO4 + 3NaCl.

    HCl + Na3PO4 ==> Na2HPO4 + NaCl

    HCl + Na2HPO4 ==> NaH2PO4 + NaCl

    HCl + NaH2PO4 ==> H3PO4 + NaCl

    Overall:

    3HCl + Na3PO4 ==> H3PO4 + 3NaCl
