Why would a teen do this to a stranger in school?
quickly pinch one of her buttocks while she has her back to the crowd he's in, so she has no clue who did it. Just about everyone else in the crowd he’s in are random people, not his friends; same with the girl who had it done to her. The recipient of the pinching is moving in the opposite direction of the crowd he's in.

Something lacking mentally.
He thinks it's ok to touch someone inappropriately just because he wants to.

So it was you who did it? Talking in the third person as if it wasn't you? VERY childish. You would hope that it looked like just a bit of fun to make your friends laugh - but it wasn't was it - because this was a crowd of strangers. You showed them that you are a sex pest. You assaulted that girl and people probably now look down on you.
