Can a U.S Marshal pull you over?

    The US Marshal's Service does not do traffic patrol or have authority to enforce state traffic laws. They have three primary functions. 

    1. Security for federal judges and federal courthouses, 

    2. Transportation of federal prisoners, and 

    3. Serving federal warrants. 

    I suppose they could pull you over if you had a federal warrant for your arrest, but they are not going to pull you over for speeding.

    For what its worth, I have no more law enforcement authority than every other citizen, but I CAN pull you over. I just lack the legal authority to do so.
