Will this recipe for a diabetic-friendly bundt cake work?

Bake in 9.5-inch Homestays Bundt pan

Cake

 3 cups almond flour

 1 stick unsalted butter, softened

 1 ½ cups Stevia

 8 whole eggs, room temperature

 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

 ½ teaspoon salt

 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

 1 ½packages of sugar free chocolate Jello pudding mix

Frosting

 Sugar Free Russell Stover’s truffles mixed with almond milk -> not sure about the amounts/proportions needed for the best results

    I can't tell you how that recipe will work--but I can tell you that those sugar free truffles will give everyone the runs---big time---the sugar alcohols in those (maltitol) cause major diarrhea.  I don't think you want that in large quantities in a cake frosting--
