revolting=makes a person recoil in disgust (get away from me!)

disease-ridden means filled with disease, infested.

brats are ill-behaving children (in modern meaning), although it did not mean that so much in the past as it meant "children who have no value".  brats was a negative term to just call the children of the poor (they were not well-bred offspring of the upper class, after all).  vermin in a way.

    Revolting - disgusting

    Disease-ridden - infected or sick

    Brat - badly behaved person

Basically an insult calling people diseased jerks. Preferably not to be used unless by mean fictional characters.
