According to the YouTube Help Centre on posting nudity and pornography, sexually explicit content is not allowed. However, nudity is allowed if it is not:

    Showing genitals

Shown to be sexually gratifying (e.g. a comedic scene would be allowed but twerking or jiggling boobs is not)

    Actually public

They allow nude artworks or documentaries or educational content featuring nudity, including genitalia (penis and vagina). Short answer, they do not allow pornography BUT some idiots post it and it is mainly removed. Clothed nudity gets your video age restricted to 13+ due to minor’s safety. I recently asked a question about the YouTube policies. You should go answer it. If your a content creator and you make titles like ‘Massive c0ck and ball torture’ or ‘This ch1nk just fu¢ked a n1gga like $hit’ it will get removed or age restricted.

There's some art, yoga, and massage videos where the women/men are completely nude, but it's more sensual than sexual.

If you're looking for porn, you're better off looking at other "tubes". Youtube's rules regarding uploads prohibits pornographic content. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it's just that it has to be private and/or unsearchable, because a single report blocks not only the video but also the user who uploads such content.

In short: yes, it's against their rules, but it exists, just not in the limelight.

    Yes. It's private or unlisted.
