No.  Take the dog to the vet.  You don't know if those other dogs have shots or what they may have.  The fact that he got bit on the mouth and is limping should have told you to take him in right away.

There is no way any of us can examine your dog.  No way we would know.  If necessary, you may need to take the dog in to see a Vet.  If the wounds are minor & you can tend to the wounds, no need for a Vet.  You can google, 'how to tend to dog fight wounds'.

We don't know... we are not vets.

Why did you allow him to go across the street

You need to put one of those funnels around his neck.

Gee, I don't know => we are not able to do mind melds w/ the dog or see him thru a crystal ball.  Your question should be asked of YOUR VET.

Dog bites generally become infected (without antibiotics & a good cleaning).  A mouth or muzzle bite may impend his ability to eat.  If he is limping, it suggests he also got bitten there or tore something like an ACL trying to fight or get away.  Of course allowing him to run loose is ILLEGAL and allowing him to cross the street means it is only a matter of time before he is hit by a car or killed in another dog fight, so does it really matter?  You aren't taking good care of him and now seem to be refusing to supply vet care, to an injured animal which (legally speaking) is considered animal abuse by law.

    What does the vet say???

Whether or not he'll be ok would depend on how big the bite is (deep) and whether it needs stitches/antibiotics to help prevent infection.   And what damage has been done to cause the lameness now.

In general it has to be see your vet but that's up to you.   If you leave something that needs professional attention in the hope it will heal up, and it doesn't you'll end up paying more to get him sorted out than right now.

Keep him on a LEAD when on the streets or he'll go under the wheels of a passing car or truck.

Your dog will not be all right because his owner lets him run around off the leash too much.  If he recovers from these wounds, then some day he's going to be hit by a car.

Keep a very close eye on the areas he was bitten. If they appear to become swollen or red at all take him to  a vet immediately! Other than avoiding infection, he should be fine in several days.
