How do Japanese and Koreans not get obese from eating spicy noodles.....?

Those foods are even worse than Burger King's extra large burger...

Japanese and Koreans are very self conscious of their weight and body image and as a result are careful with what they eat and don’t eat. They don’t eat as much as westerners and they’re not obese because they’re not eating spicy noodles everyday.

They don't get obese because they eat a wide variety of foods, not just what you typically see in a supermarket. That stuff is just for tourists.

First of all, I doubt if they eat the highly processed noodles we eat in the USA. 2. They might have a genetic predisposition to gain muscle, not fat. 3. They also eat lots of vegetables and much less processed food filled with junky poisons (preservative chemicals). The USA eats too much food that isn't fresh, is over-processed, nutrient deplete, and we eat too much meat, mostly bad meats, like pork and beef

Spicy noodles aren't actually bad for you.

Asian cultures do not have the genetic propensity to store carbohydrates the way that Westerners do. Their diet consists of a lot of rice and other starchy foods yet they generally are relatively lean people. If they Come to the states and begin eating a Western diets though that all changes.
