A large part of the high blood pressure, has been attributed to genetics. Which unfortunately there's nothing that can be changed to alter that.

State your blood pressure readings, then those of us who understand how it works can comment more meaningfully.

How old are you? As we age our blood vessels loses elasticity and that cause Hypertension which need medication to fix. also genetics, is there anyone in your family who has Hypertension?

  • Are you checking your blood pressure at home?  It should be checked after you've been sitting still for 10 minutes.  Readings taken in the doctor's office are unreliable although they keep the pill manufacturers in business.
