Yes you can eat honey, as long as you count it into your caloric intake. Having it, and counting it into your calorie intake, won't slow down your weight loss, or impact weight loss. There are people who kept their caloric intake at the proper levels, and lost weight on a junk food diet. The whole "secret" to weight loss is taking in less calories than what's being expended. However remember that honey is very calorie dense, so just a small amount will have a lot of calories.
