Can you graft from the parent tree to the rootstock from fruit from that tree?

I have a Mango Tree and it has a lot of fruit. one of the Mango it dropped has started to grow into its own tree. Can I graft from the mother tree to the seedling tree in order to get fruit faster?

No. The rootstock of the new plant has to mature before it can feed the graft enough to fruit.
