How do you barbecue a sirloin roast with charcoal  ?

    You put charcoal in a grill then squirt lighter fluid on the charcoal then light the charcoal carefully then u cook the steak on the face

    While technically you Can do it over indirect heat, i think you want to cook it like a steak-which you cannot on a grill.

    Who would want to - that sounds terrible! 

    Charcoal is pretty unpalatable however it's served, but barbecued!!!

    Sear the steak over high heat, then move to the other side of the grill where there is no charcoal underneath. Try for a temperature of 225° grill temp, and cook until a probe thermometer reads 128°. The steak will continue to cook and reach a perfect medium rare while resting for five to ten minutes.

    Cook it until the meat thermometer reads.145 degrees.
