I tested positive for the Coronavirus, what do I do now?

Is this likely the end? I am too scared to tell anyone or go anywhere. I would rather die at home then in the hospital and am just scared I will be judged forever for dying from it as though I wasn't good enough to avoid it or careful enough. Do I just die in my home so people will think it was a heart attack? Will they do an autopsy when it is natural and find out? What do I do?

Find a comfortable chair and set yourself up outside. No use stinking the house up and causing a mess.
