Will any microphone fit on my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000?
I want a small light microphone because it is to record the sounds of motorbike racing and other Motorsport which is loud.

Yes, it will fit, if you have the right sized adapter in case the mike does not fit physically on your camera. A small lightweight mike will be unlikely to come with a 1/4 inch plug. Some microphones are more sensitive than others and some (especially the expensive ones used by sound recording engineers and bands having concerts) are more accurate than others. Since you are simply recording noise, not music, you can get away with using a cheap mike, even a mono one instead of a stereo mike.

You are headed for extreme disappointment.
A "small, light" microphone will be as unsuited to that application
as any ever has been to any purpose.
What you should be looking for is a microphone that is capable of
handling high sound pressure levels, preferably around 130 dB or more.
Many years ago I attempted to record the sound of a large hit-and-miss engine
with a very good mic that I have (Shure 545).
Everything was OK until each time the engine "hit",
at which point the mic was overloaded
and produced absolute silence for a fraction of a second
because its diaphragm was pushed to the limit of its excursion.
I tried moving farther away from the engine, but there was no improvement.
Keep in mind that you can't damage a mic that way,
but if it can't handle the conditions you will get horrible results.
And then you will need a recorder with manual level controls
so you can prevent distortion due to high signal levels.
I would be quite surprised if the DMC-FZ1000 had that feature.

Not if the plug won't fit.
