Well, I am an NP in an ICU so I have twice as many patients as normal. I have to wear a N100 gas mask when I put central lines in patients or intubate them. I have patients sitting in the emergency room waiting for an ICU bed for several shifts, so I have to manage patients on several floors and give orders to nurses that I do not know. Three of the members of my team have contracted Covid which means more shifts for those of us without it.
