Can I count it as a good summer when I have not had a family gathering or traveled due to COVID-19 and feel really disappointed by it?

Can I still count it as a good summer? I want to but fear being really disappointed eliminates that option. I am worrying about it (whether it is a good summer or not).

The family reunion I love was cancelled. No travel either this year. Had a big trip planned. I love summer and so I am very disappointed. Can I still count it as a good summer when I feel disappointment a lot of the time?

If this is what your worried about then yeah, for you it's been a good Summer.  It's not over yet though.  Don't jinx it.

Yes.  As long as neither you nor your family have COVID-19...definitely!
