My bone density is 3.3 should I be worried?? Does anyone know about bone density health?

    3.3 is a perfectly healthy number to have.  You don't even start being below average until you're below zero, so you're fine.

    Yes, a bit, but not what a result of 3.3.  You can look that up and see what normal is and where osteopenia and osteoporosis begin. 

    Either way,  the remedy is the same: work out with resistance, which builds muscles AND increases the density of the bones in your body. 

    This exercise regimen coupled with a diet higher in calcium and whatever else you are short on will be your best treatment,  osteopenia/porosis aside.
