    Fraternal twins can happen this way.  Identical twins never can.

    Extremely rare , but possible (twins won't be homozygous)

    Superfecundation is the fertilization of two or more ova from the same cycle by sperm from separate acts of sexual intercourse, which can lead to fraternal (not identical) twin babies from two separate biological fathers.  Rare but possible.

    Unlikely, but possible -- the two use different ova, so "fraternal" twins.
